What is your return & exchange policy?
All returns & exchanges must be made WITHIN 14 DAYS from receipt of purchase. We only accept returns & exchanges on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WASHED, WORN OR CLEANED and have ALL ORIGINAL TAGS attached.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SHOES, ACCESSORIES, SALE ITEMS AND SPECIAL ORDERS.

Saturnia does not refund shipping & handling fees. There is a $5.00 reshipping fee for all exchanges.

Returns must be securely packaged. We encourage you to insure and track your return packages. Saturnia is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged returned packages.

Your return or exchange will be processed within 5 business days from the date we receive your package. Refunds will be credited to the original purchase credit card. Credit is valid for 1 year from date issued. Credit from in store purchases may be redeemed for in store purchases only.

My item arrived damaged.
We thoroughly inspect every item before it leaves our boutique. Please contact us IMMEDIATELY if your item does arrive damaged. We cannot be responsible if your item has been washed, cleaned or worn.

How do I return and/or exchange my item(s)?
Request a Return Authorization (RAA) in MY ACCOUNT. Follow the directions to receive your return authorization.

Securely pack and seal your items for return in the original packaging. Include your original receipt and contact information.

We encourage you to insure and track your return packages. Saturnia is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged returned packages.
